Each entry in the system is assigned a status to show its progress through the system.

When you first create an entry it is assigned draft status which is colour coded yellow.

The next stage is for the event organiser to review your entry. They can either choose to accept or reject it. Accepted entries are coloured green, rejected entries are red.

If an entry is withdrawn then it will be coloured grey. Once an entry has been accepted by the event organiser you will have to contact the organiser directly to request a withdrawal.
